When will I get billed?

We will automatically bill your card each month, continuing on the day you signed up.
How long is the commitment to the membership?

No commitment required! The Platform Pass Membership is a month-to-month membership, however, we do require a 30-day notice so we can get everything canceled before your next billing date.
Can I gift my studio time?

Unfortunately, gifting studio time is not allowed in this membership. However, we do recommend sharing your referral link to others so they can save on their first visit and you can accrue future booking discounts!
Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership. You’re able to freeze your membership for up to 3 months in one calendar year.
How many times can I book the space?
+
You will be able to book the space for as many hours your membership includes. If you need to book more hours in the space, you will be able to use your membership discount to apply towards additional savings per extra hour.
Does my discount apply every time I book the room?

Yes, you will need to enter your membership ID to be able to receive your exclusive membership-only pricing.
Are there any exclusive events or content for members?

Members can get access to in-house ticketed events for free (but must reserve their spot and enter their member access code at checkout).
Are there certain hours I can have access to?

Your booking hours will be your responsibility to select and choose. We cannot guarantee all dates and times will be available due to other bookings.
