Available on select days by request, the Beauty Room is designed with both function and visual impact in mind. This is a fully functioning salon space, complete with hair salon chairs, a shampoo bowl, and a bold red tile backdrop that adds depth and character to any shoot—perfect for beauty professionals or brand-focused content. If you’re planning to use the space for a brand or editorial shoot, please note that personal tools and supplies (including mixing bowls, hot tools, products, shears, etc.) are not provided and must be brought in by your team. How many people can be part of my rental time?‍

Due to the intimate size of this room, we recommend no more than 8-10 people during your rental. If you require additional space or plan to host a larger team, we suggest booking both the Lifestyle Studio and Beauty Room for a more spacious experience.

Is there parking?‍

Yes! Uncovered parking is available in the Supima lot directly in front of the building and parking lot.

Can I extend my booking?‍

Yes, extensions are available if there is open availability and it does not conflict with another renter’s scheduled time. Please email us or check availability in your booking portal.

Do you offer lighting for content creation?‍

This studio is designed with natural light in mind and does not include professional lighting equipment. However, lighting kits are available to rent starting at $25. You are also welcome to bring your own lighting gear. Additionally, you can add-on Le Studio space to ensure availability for our continuous light or strobe during your session.

What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?‍

All cancellations and reschedules must be made through your original booking confirmation email. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in a fee. For full details, refer to our Terms of Use.

Can I arrive early to set up?‍

Your rental begins and ends at the time you booked. Early entry or late exit is not permitted, as it may interfere with other guests' bookings. Please plan accordingly.

What happens if I break or damage something?‍

We understand accidents happen. If any equipment or furnishings are damaged during your rental, the card on file will be charged accordingly. This includes both provided items and rented lighting gear. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the damage.

Do I need to return items/furniture to their original place before leaving?‍

Yes, we ask that you leave the space exactly as you found it. Any furniture or props moved during your session must be returned to their original placement before your time ends. Failure to reset the space will result in an automatic additional charge.

Can I bring in my own beauty products and tools?‍

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring in your own styling tools, products, and materials. Please note that we do not provide consumables such as foils, color, or brushes. Any missing or damaged studio inventory will be billed to the card on file.

Can I use the space for client appointments or beauty services?‍

Yes, our Beauty Room is available for short-term rental by licensed beauty professionals who wish to work out of the space. If you’re interested in using this suite for client services, please email samlindsayartistry@gmail.com to inquire about availability, pricing and requirements.
