The starting point for all bookings, our 2,000 sq. ft. open lifestyle space is designed to feel both dreamy and lived-in. Thoughtfully curated with a mix of styled sets and open, blank walls, it offers the flexibility to create exactly what you envision. Enjoy access to our luxury kitchenette, abundant natural light, and the option to bring in additional lighting to further shape your scene. You’ll also have access to a curated selection of props to enhance your imagery and bring your vision to life. The space is also equipped with a Frame TV—perfect for displaying logos, presentations, or custom visuals for your shoot or event. Want more? Add-on any additional room (or all for a private experience!)

How many people can be in the space during my rental?‍

Your rental includes access for up to 8 people. If your group exceeds this, please email thecrew@le-station.com in advance to discuss options and capacity considerations. More than 15 people may result in an event fee due to higher-foot traffic + wear & tear on the space.

Is there parking available?

Yes. Guests may park in the uncovered Supima parking lot directly in front of the building and parking lot.

Can I extend my booking during my shoot?

‍If the schedule allows, yes! Extensions are available only if there is no conflicting reservation directly after yours. Please contact our team onsite or via email as early as possible during your session to request an extension.

Is lighting equipment included?

‍This space is designed to utilize natural light, but we do offer professional-grade lighting equipment to rent at $25/session. You’re also welcome to bring your own lighting gear. If the light from Le Studio is not in use, you are also welcome to use that. To ensure availability, please reach out prior, or add-on Le Studio with your booking.

Can I come in early to set up?

‍Entry is permitted only at the start of your reserved time, and wrap-up must be completed by the end of your booking hour to avoid overlap with other guests. Please plan accordingly for setup and teardown. Per the booking agreement, you will be automatically charged by 15-minute increments of our $200/hr full rate price for going over or arriving early.

Do I need to reset the space before I leave?

‍Yes. We kindly ask that all furniture, props, and décor be returned to their original layout. A visual guide is available in the space to assist with resetting before your checkout found on our social media. Failure to reset, leaving trash, or leaving the place felt out of order/messy for next guests will result in an automatic $50-$100 reset fee.

Can I rent both the Lifestyle Studio and Le Studio together?

‍Absolutely. Start by selecting ‘LIFESTYLE STUDIO’ and add-on desired rooms from there.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?‍

Cancellations and reschedules must be made via the link in your booking confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee. Please refer to our full Terms of Use for details.

What if I accidentally damage something?

‍We get it — things happen. If any studio items (lighting, props, furniture, etc.) are damaged during your rental, the card on file will be charged for replacement or repair costs. Please report any damage to our team immediately.

Can I schedule a tour before booking?

‍Yes! We encourage in-person tours so you can preview the space and plan your shoot or event with confidence. Email us to book a walkthrough.

Can I serve food or drinks during my rental?

‍Yes, food and drinks are allowed. Please do not put food down the sink. Spilled? Vaccum is in the storage closet and cleaning supplies are under the sink. Failure to clean-up will result in an automatic $50 cleaning fee.

Is there Wi-Fi available?‍

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all renters. Network and password info will be posted in the studio at the front entrance.

Can I bring in props or furniture?

‍Yes! We welcome outside props and small furniture, but please ensure anything brought in does not damage the floors or walls. If you’re unsure, reach out to our team in advance.

Are pets allowed in the studio?

‍Pets are allowed with prior approval and must be supervised at all times. A pet cleaning fee may apply if extra cleanup is required.

Is the studio climate-controlled?‍

Yes — our space is fully climate-controlled to keep you and your clients comfortable year-round.

Do you allow music during rentals?

‍Yes! Feel free to connect to our Bluetooth speaker and set the vibe. Just be mindful of volume, especially if other rooms are in use.
